Our Delivery Promise

We promise to deliver our goods fresh and quick to uphold the quality you expect from our products. For our delivery we use Parcelforce to deliver our products to your door insuring your parcel is handled with the care it deserves.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours before you wish the order to arrive to allow for assembly, packaging and delivery of your order. Please note that due to services offered by parcel force we can only send packages that arrive between Tuesday and Saturday. For any queries on exceptions to this rule please call us on 01590 682302

Receiving Our Product

Due to the nature of the products we are selling some of the products sold on this website include frozen goods this is to allow us to sell seasonal goods all year around. If these goods defrost in transport we suggest keeping them refrigerated and using them within three days from delivery. please do not refreeze.

Our goal at Taste Of The New Forest and at Sway Butchers is to provide you with the highest quality meat we can source and where possible we will provide you with fresh goods. we strongly recommend you to store your goods as soon as you can after the parcel is delivered.
